I want to cancel my purchase – how do I proceed?

You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal with us. If you wish to cancel your purchase: Send an email to [email protected] including your order number. State that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Please note! You must complete and include the return form, which you can find here.

Important: The packaging and all accessories must be returned together with the product and be in the same new condition!

Return costs under the right of withdrawal are paid by you as the customer. If you would like a return label to send back your items within the withdrawal period, please email us at [email protected] and we will provide you with one.

The cost for this is 16 GBP, which will be deducted from your refund. This only applies to parcels under 20 kg.

What should I do if my product is not working?

Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and specify which product it concerns. Describe the issue with the item.

If the product is faulty, we will provide you with a shipping label and further instructions on how to get it replaced.

I have received a product that was damaged during transport – what should I do?

Email us at [email protected] and attach a photo of the damaged packaging. Please also make sure to point out that the outer packaging appears to have been damaged at the delivery point. The delivery point will then make a report. Important: A claim for transport damage must be made within 5 days of receiving the product. If made after this period, we cannot file a claim against the carrier.
