Terms of Purchase

1. About LY Sweden AB

The company is headquartered in Trollhättan, Sweden, and our postal address is Ladugårdsvägen 101, 46170 Trollhättan, Sweden. LY Sweden AB is a company registered in Sweden (Org. No: 559262-7847).

2. Ordering

Once you have completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. The confirmation contains all information about products, prices, billing, and delivery addresses. If there is an error in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately via email at [email protected].

3. Delivery

Our regular delivery times are between 2 and 4 working days within the UK.
PLEASE NOTE! Orders placed over the weekend will not be shipped until the following Monday at the earliest. If unexpected delays occur in delivery (without us informing you of a longer delivery time), please contact us at [email protected].

4. Prices

All prices in the shop are stated in GBP (£), and all prices include UK VAT (20%) and customs duties.
We reserve the right to change prices due to price changes from our suppliers, printing errors in the price list, or incorrect information, and reserve the right to adjust the price.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, effective from the moment you receive the ordered goods.

As a gesture of goodwill, LY Sweden AB offers an extended return policy of 30 days.

If you do not pick up your package and do not inform us, we will charge the shipping costs incurred in your order. You must always inform us if you want to make use of your right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products that have been sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons and where you have broken the seal (e.g. shavers, toothbrushes).

  • Sealed audio or video recordings where you have broken the seal.

  • Custom-made products tailored specifically for you or clearly tailored to your personal needs.

  • Services that have been fully provided, where you explicitly agreed that the service begins without a right of withdrawal.

  • Goods that can quickly deteriorate (e.g. food).

  • Loose issues of newspapers or magazines.

In the case of using the right of withdrawal
You must inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be sent to us at [email protected]. Please state your name, address, email address, order number, and the products that the return relates to.

You must fill out and include the return form, which you can find [here]. You must return the products promptly and no later than 30 days after the withdrawal notice. You bear the cost of returning the goods.

The product must be returned to us in the original packaging along with the return form and be in new condition. We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to depreciation if the products are used or damaged.

6. Complaints and Grievances (Faulty Goods)

We perform a careful inspection of all products before dispatch. Should the product still be damaged or faulty upon arrival, we commit ourselves under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 to correct the error at no additional cost to you.

Please note: You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective product. Complaints about faulty products should be submitted immediately after discovery.

How to make a complaint:
Any faults and defects must always be reported to us at [email protected], where you should provide your full name, address, email address, order number, and a detailed description of the issue.

If we are unable to remedy the fault or provide an equivalent product, we will refund you in accordance with UK consumer legislation. For approved complaints, we also cover the cost of return shipping.

If you are dissatisfied with our decision, you may seek advice and assistance from Citizens Advice Consumer Service (www.citizensadvice.org.uk) or use an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body.

7. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

As the UK is no longer part of the EU, the European ODR platform does not apply. UK consumers may contact Citizens Advice or an ADR scheme if they wish to pursue a dispute without going to court.

8. Limitation of Liability

We accept no liability for indirect damages that may arise as a result of the product.

We disclaim responsibility for delays or errors due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), e.g. labour disputes, fires, war, government decisions, or missing deliveries from suppliers.

We cannot be held responsible for changes to products or product features introduced by suppliers or other factors beyond our control.

9. Product Information

We reserve the right for possible misprints on this website and for sold-out products. We cannot guarantee that the images accurately reflect the product, as colour variations may occur due to screen settings or photo quality.

Our aim is always to represent the products as accurately as possible.

We use cookies in accordance with the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR). Cookies may be used for purposes such as storing preferences, tracking user behaviour, and displaying relevant advertising.
